I operate from Grooming Marvellous in Roffey, Horsham, a respected dog salon in the area. The salon is conveniently located for dog owners between Horsham and Crawley, as well as nearby villages.

The salon features quiet spaces for dogs seeking solitude, along with outdoor areas allowing for plenty of toilet breaks available during their visit.

About Me
I'm Kerry, a certified dog groomer based in Pease Pottage, where I live with my partner Steve, daughter Millie Rose, and two dogs, Lily and Bonnie.
With a London OCN Endorsed Certificate in Dog Grooming and Canine First Aid, I excel in providing top-notch grooming services. My mission is to ensure positive experiences for both pets and their owners.
Recognising that grooming can be stressful, I prioritise comfort and anxiety reduction, informed by my experience with a nervous dog.

Our Dogs
Meet Shaydi, Teddy, Bonnie, Candi, Lily, Lola and Benji
Shaydi is a double-coated Border Collie.
Shaydi had a soothing bath with probiotic shampoo. Although initially anxious about the water, I used a gentle flow to help him adjust. For drying, I began on a low setting while using ear muffs and gradually increased the speed. The owner requested a short trim for the body and legs, cleared paw pads, trimmed nails, and to leave the tail long.
Candi is a Springer Spaniel with a double coat.
Teddy is a Cavapoo with a double coat
Teddy, a young, affectionate dog, was a bit fidgety during his grooming. His owner preferred a longer fur length and fluffy look. I groomed Teddy using Bugalugs shampoo, conditioner, and a light conditioning spray.
Lily is a Maltipoo with a sleek, single-layer coat.
Bonnie is a Cockalieroodle with a double coat.
Bonnie, a 17-month-old Cockeralieroodle, has sensitive skin and has been groomed since she was just 14 weeks old, making her an ideal model, though she occasionally asks for breaks. She received a full grooming with a short body, trimmed legs, and an adorable face, perfect for a charming dog.
Lola is a Cavachon with a single coat.
Shaydi's sister, Candi, is an older lady who surprises everyone with her youthfulness. At 13, it was essential for us to take regular breaks to help her recharge. I adjusted my grooming approach to allow her to sit comfortably for most of the session, which involved a full groom using shampoo and conditioner.
Lily, a timid maltipoo, got a summer haircut featuring short body, legs, and face. Despite her nervousness, she managed to stand still throughout her grooming session, thanks to frequent breaks and plenty of reassurance.
Introducing Lovely Lola, who loves to nap while being groomed. At her age, it's hard to fault her! Lola's owner prefers her to have a soft appearance, so I used a clipper attachment for her body and meticulously scissored her lovely tubular legs and feet, as well as gently rounding her beautiful ears and face.
Benji - Double-coated Shih Tzu
What a face full of personality! Benji spent time with me, showering me with cuddles, even though he playfully hid his feet. I could sense his mischievous nature, but we managed to connect in the end. The owners adored this little guy's uniform look, and that's precisely what we achieved.

Split Groom
Split your normal grooming cycle into two grooms and split the cost. Includes a shampoo tailored to your dogs skin and fur, followed by a thorough blow dry and styling. Puppy Meet and Greet
This session is about building confidence. Introducing your puppy to the sights, sounds and smells of the Salon. £5
Puppy Groom
This session includes a bath, gentle brush and dry, nail trim and face & hygiene trim. Ideal for vaccinated puppies between 3-6 months old. This session helps create a positive grooming experience from the beginning.
Terms and Conditions
Health and Wellbeing

Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and any health issues or special traits disclosed. We may refuse service if a dog appears unwell, overly anxious, aggressive, or severely matted. Severe matting may incur extra charges or require shaving; if grooming cannot be done safely, the appointment may be refused with prior notice.

If fleas are found, treatment will be applied at extra cost; severe infestation may result in refusal until treated.

Owners are responsible for pre-existing conditions, stress-related behaviour, or minor grooming mishaps. Inform us of elderly or medically vulnerable dogs (e.g., heart issues, arthritis, epilepsy). We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or minor incidents unless due to significant error
Booking, Arrival and Collection

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid possible fees. Arrive on time; late arrivals may require rescheduling. We will notify you when your dog is nearly ready.
Emergency Treatment

If your dog becomes ill or injured, we will contact your emergency contact. If unreachable and veterinary care is needed, we will seek treatment and the owner will be responsible for any veterinary costs.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of the service. Fees may change—please remain vigilant.
Liability and Insurance

We prioritise safety but are not liable for injury, loss, or damage during grooming or boarding unless caused by our negligence. Grooming uses sharp tools and accidents (e.g., minor nicks) can occur, especially with matted or nervous dogs. We are not responsible for pre-existing skin conditions, ear infections, or health issues that appear during/after grooming. Special-needs and senior dogs carry higher risks; we are not liable for related complications. We recommend owners maintain appropriate pet insurance.
